My Recommendation: Vertical Decision Can't Wait Past Monday

Victoria's analysis from March 10 recommended Field Services first, citing:

  1. Verified Fixxr case study (R1.4M saved, 11 days, NPS 38→81)
  2. Faster decision cycles — owner/operators, no compliance committee
  3. 6 prospects ready: ProVent FM, Platinum Plumbing, Cape Solar, Nexus Logistics, SmartBuild + 1 Fixxr-adjacent

I am prepared to proceed on this recommendation. If Munya agrees, I will task Sam with drafting 5 LinkedIn outreach sequences this week (Monday priority).
